Schecter Banshee GT FR Electric Guitar Satin Trans Blue B-Stock 0017
The Schecter Banshee GT FR is engineered for high-gain clarity and expressive tremolo work, delivering the articulate, aggressive voice modern metal and progressive players demand. The Floyd Rose Special 'Hot Rod' locking tremolo enables precise dive bombs and subtle vibrato articulation without losing tuning stability, while the ultra-thin maple neck with carbon fiber reinforcement keeps upper-fret exploration fatigue-free. This B-Stock unit carries only minor cosmetic blemishes—the tremolo system, electronics, and structural integrity remain flawless.
Tone and Electronics
Active EMG 81 bridge and EMG 60 neck pickups deliver crystalline high-output clarity across both rhythm and lead voices, powered by a dedicated 9-volt battery compartment for consistent performance. Volume, tone, and 3-way switch controls provide tonal range from thick, aggressive rhythm tones to singing, expressive lead articulation.
Playability and Neck Design
The maple 3-piece neck with carbon fiber reinforcement rods measures .748" at the 1st fret and .787" at the 12th fret, delivering a fast, stable response across the entire fingerboard without fatigue. Twenty-four X-Jumbo frets on a 14" radius ebony fretboard and 25.5" scale enable precise bending and articulation, while set-neck construction with ultra access ensures comfortable reach to higher positions.
