The Radial ProAV2 passive 2-channel multimedia direct box employs custom-wound transformers to interface audio-visual gear, consumer electronics and more in professional live sound or recording applications. Connect the 1/8" stereo output from your laptop, the RCA outputs from a CD or DVD player, even drum machines and DJ mixers to the input of the ProAV2 and convert the signal to +4dB balanced XLR outputs. If a signal coming in is just a bit too hot, knock in the -15dB pad switch to tame the level and be sure to make use of the ground lift when any nasty buzzing or humming is audible.
