The S2 Custom 24, a cost-effective model made in 2022 and produced at the Maryland Factory in USA, as well as the Core model, is now in stock in used condition. S2 Series S2 stands for "Stevensville 2. The name "S2" stands for "Stevensville 2." When this series was developed, it was thought that it should be marketed as a separate series from the CORE line, and an independent production line (2nd Line) was set up in the Maryland workshop (Stevensville), hence the name. The series has simplified the body shape, centralized the neck scale and shape, introduced a new finishing process, and combined newly developed hardware with that for the CORE line to achieve greater efficiency in the body of the guitar and options. Body, Neck, and Fingerboard Wood materials include beveled flame maple top, mahogany back, and mahogany neck. Rosewood is used for the fingerboard. Neck Shape The neck shape is "Pattren Regular". It is moderately thick and has a grippy feeling. Pickups 85/15 "S" pickups are equipped. Coil tap is available by pulling tone knob. Condition There are some paint chips on the outer body and wood chips on the tip of the head, as well as many minor scratches and dings. The neck, frets, and truss rod are all in good playing condition. The neck, frets, truss rod, etc. are all in good playing condition, and have been fully adjusted and fretted at our repair center upon arrival.
