The Microtech Gefell M930 is an ultra-compact large diaphragm condenser microphone with transformerless electronics and a fixed cardioid pattern by way of a mylar-skinned capsule. It uses a photocell powered by +48V phantom power for capsule polarization voltage and has incredibly low self-noise.
