Overview
Gibson made 200 Showcase Edition guitars for select Sam Ash stores in 1988. The series consisted of Les Paul and SGs with emphasis on heavy colors and hot pickups. This Showcase SG Custom was limited to only 20 models and features typical SG Custom styling with the addition of a Ferrari Red finish and a set of three active EMG humuckers.
