⚡️1989 Gibson Les Paul Standard - Original Bill Lawrence Pickups ⚡️. A very good year for this Les Paul Standard in a magnificent tobacco sunburst finish, maple top, mahogany body and neck, rosewood fretboard. Very smooth and pleasant to play, it sounds powerful and clear. Its original Bill Lawrence pickups are quite rare and excellent. In very good condition, with a thin finish and a lovely patina showing some signs of playing and belt buckle wear, but nothing problematic. The frets are in very good condition. The original electronics work perfectly. I should mention that it had a repair/reinforcement of the back of the headstock done at some point in its life, expertly repaired. I've included photos, but it's barely noticeable! At least it's done, and there's no risk of it happening again! Weighing 4.5 kg, it's a beautiful guitar, within the standards of the brand and the era.
