At its heart, this dual-voice drive circuit sports three straightforward controls and a Voice switch to push your guitar from natural-sounding tight overdrive (voice A) to smooth, thick lead tones (voice B). The Drive and Tone controls provide a wide range to dial in just the right flavor of gain and treble presence in the drive signal, while the rear-mounted Tight switch pulls some pre-drive bass frequencies out for an even more focused feeling drive.To further sculpt the frequency response of your drive, a standalone, independently switchable 3-band EQ circuit is built around the Santa Ana V2 drive engine. Active Bass, Middle, and Treble controls offer a wide range of adjustment, cutting or boosting each frequency range with a center detent to mark flat response.
