Up for sale is an amazing Fender “Troublemaker” Telecaster from a limited factory run in 2018. These beauties were not mass produced (but should have been). Not only is this one absolutely stunning with its Maple top on Mahogany body, but it is articulate and has twin Shawbucker T’s which can put you in Gibson territory really quickly! The Mahogany neck has a comfortable 9.5 radius to give you for the comfortable feel of a “Modern Deep C” Stratocaster, but also brings the tone and switching of a Gibson LP. I really hate to part with this guitar, but it’s not getting the playing time that it deserves. I’ve upgraded the tuners to fender locking tuners (3 short post, 3 normal post) from the original non-locking standard fender tuners. I’ve also added Schaller Strap locks because nobody wants to drop this baby! The pictures don’t do the finish or the burst any justice. I tried to get the best photos in bright light, but the lucky one who takes her home will find out exactly what I’m trying to show. There is a single scrape of the finish on the headstock beside the E and A tuners. I don’t ever remember seeing it until recently when I was taking photos to list her. I can only assume this was accidentally done by me when I was changing the tuners…. I circled the tiny scratch on the last photo so you can see it better. She ships with the COA, all case candy, original tuners, original strap buttons and screws as well as the current Schallers. The case is also in excellent condition. At the time of this listing, I’m only able to find one other Trouble Maker Tele on Reverb. These don‘t come up often! Get her while she’s available, as this listing will be posted locally and online.
