Building on Benson Amps' success with its Germanium Fuzz pedal comes the new Germanium Boost—a clean, high-headroom, and full-range boost pedal. While the Germanium Fuzz uses temperature control to keep its NOS germanium transistor biased, the new Germanium Boost uses a voltage-controlled error-correction circuit to achieve the same effects—that is, a clean germanium boost that isn't susceptible to component drift, leakage, or problems from temperature fluctuations.
