About this listing
Very nice Analogman Comprossor pedal with box, bag and sticker. This pedal has been fully tested and works as it should with no issues. The Analog Man CompROSSor is a single-channel, hand-built guitar compressor pedal based on the vintage Ross Compressor design, distinct from the dual-effect Bi-Comprossor. [1]Key Features & DesignCircuit Basis: Based on the classic vintage Ross/Dynacomp style compression topology using New Old Stock (NOS) CA3080E operational amplifier chips. Rev4 and Rev5 Upgrades: Analog Man updated the circuit to fix common issues found in original vintage Ross units:Output Impedance: Fixed low-end loss and dull tone when running into buffers or long cables.Volume Boost: Increased available output volume so the pedal can easily boost an amp or push downstream pedals.Phase Reversal: Fixed the phase-flipping issue of original clones so it will not cause phase cancellation when splitting signals or running dual amps.Lower Minimum Compression: Reduced the floor of the compression amount so the pedal works well as a clean boost or always-on tone sweetener. Controls & Options:Mix & Attack Knobs: Modern versions feature external Attack and optional MIX controls for parallel compression (allowing you to blend your dry signal back in for natural pick attack).Ryck Treble Toggle: Optional 3-way toggle switch to add extra high-end clarity/jangle inspired by Rickenbacker-style built-in compressors. Power & Build: Runs on 9V–15V DC power (15V provides extra headroom), features true bypass with an LED indicator, and is hand-made in the USA. Payment required within 24 hours.
