Orange Releases New Terror Amp in Pedal Enclosure

The Orange Tiny Terror TT15 helped launch the small-amp craze of recent years, now the company has shrunk that large Terror sound down to an even smaller size.

The Terror Stamp is a pedal-sized, full-wattage amplifier, featuring an ECC83-based preamp and a 20-watt Class AB solid-state power amp.

It features footswitchable master volume controls to "give you the Terror Stamp’s full range of sounds at two different volumes," according to Orange. It also features the company's Shape knob to let you sculpt mids as you desire, from mid-boosts to mid-scoops.

Being a pedal itself, the Terror Stamp's buffered effects loop will be closer than ever to the rest of your pedal array. "Not only that, but connecting directly to the FX Return turns this little monster into a 20W power amp for whatever pedals, preamps, or modellers you can throw at it—with a headphone output too," Orange says.

The Terror Stamp is available for pre-order now.
