Yamaha semi-professional flute with closed holes, French-style pointed key arms, and a split E mechanism, made in Japan. The EC-cut headjoint is sterling silver, while the rest of the flute is silver-plated. It features an ultra-precise mechanism of the same caliber as the 6xx to 8xx series flutes, but at a lower price because only the headjoint is silver.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING: This flute needs some love; it shows noticeable signs of wear, including scratches, tarnish marks, and areas where the plating is lifting. The mechanism is smooth, but it will need an adjustment to play properly, especially in the left hand.
The pads are quite worn and marked with black, but they are intact and still very functional.
Sold with a plain black case labeled "Yamaha" that does not appear to be authentic and an authentic Yamaha gig bag.
