Up for sale a late 1960s Jen Cry Baby wah, one of the finest vintage wah pedals ever made. Excellent shape and sound!
Built in Italy by Jen, this pedal features the original circuit board and retains its original ICAR potentiometer. Some of the internal wiring has been renewed for reliabilty, but the circuit itself remains original. A little led light has been added in the front of the pedal, it's useful and almost invisible.
Sonically, this is everything you would hope for from an early Italian Cry Baby. The sweep is rich, warm and expressive, incredibly dynamic, with a throaty midrange character and a sweet top end that responds beautifully to different picking dynamics. It sounds absolutely fantastic.
Cosmetically, it is in excellent condition with just light signs of wear.
Comes complete with its original black bag that adds charm and collectibility to this unit.
