Saramonic's SmartRig+ audio interface is ideal for enhancing the quality of your video productions, vlogs or livestreams. At the heart of this interface are two 3.5mm inputs and two combo jack inputs with a phantom power switch allowing you to connect microphones of your choice and even power condenser microphones. You'll also be able to connect guitars, basses and other instruments with 1/4" outputs with guaranteed exceptional sound quality, thanks to built-in impedance matching. The preamps guarantee clean sound at any volume , and the gain knob for each channel makes it easy to achieve adequate recording levels. A mixer section adds the option of combining the two inputs in mono or splitting them in stereo for more options during post-production. You will be able to monitor the incoming sound when the interface is used with a recording app that enable the monitoring fonction. It requires a 9 V battery (not included), easily replaceable on the back of the device. Its 3.5 mm TRRS connection increases its versatility since you can use it with your smartphone, a tablet, a camera or even your computer (may require an adapter).
