For sale is a Stewart Oriphonic by United Code Late 50s - Tobacco Burst 23" Scale Archtop in Poor Condition.

This guitar was made by United Code but was sold under the branding of Stewart Oriphonic.

A really cool short scale vintage hollowbody with tons of vibe. Features a Brazilian rosewood neck.

Originally this guitar would have featured a neck p90 pickup but at some point one of the previous owners decided to convert this to more of an acoustic player. The electronics were stripped out and a soundhole was routed in towards the neck.

The binding has pretty much mostly crumbled away as seen in the above photos.

The neck plays great and is surprisingly pretty straight!

This would make a great project guitar or just a cool oddball as is.

Sold as described/pictured.
