Deering Goodtime Blackgrass Special 5-String Banjo. Brand New, Authorized Dealer

The Blackgrass Special takes the all-black Blackgrass and adds a Goodtime Special steel tone ring for a brighter, richer tone with more sustain and projection. Same all-black matte finish, black head, matte black powder-coated hardware, but with significantly more voice.

Midnight maple fingerboard with vintage artisan-style pearloid inlays. Spikes installed at the 7th, 9th, and 10th frets for playing in A, B, and C. Planetary tuners and a geared 5th string tuner. 3-ply violin grade maple rim with resonator.
