Product Details

We've just received a rare vintage overdrive pedal, the "OD-808," from the long-established Japanese effects pedal brand Maxon!

This pedal is a small-case model produced between 1978 and 1980. It features a rich midrange, a mild, rounded sound, and moderate distortion. It also responds well to picking nuances.

Its classic drive sound, rich in overtones, is a perfect match for tube amps, and when used as a booster, it delivers a powerful tone with excellent clarity.

This legendary pedal was beloved by many legendary guitarists. While modified models that recreate the original sound are still available, the subtle, mature nuances and expressiveness of this vintage pedal are unique to this pedal.

If you've been looking for one, don't miss this opportunity!
