3. Refusal of Package / Non-Payment of Fees:

​If a package is returned to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the required customs fees, the buyer will be responsible for all original and return shipping charges. The item price will be refunded minus these costs.

4. Package Destruction by Customs (Crucial Point):

​If the package is abandoned or destroyed by Customs or the carrier due to the buyer's refusal to pay the required fees, the buyer forfeits the entire purchase price, and NO REFUND will be issued.
