Up for sale an Oktava MD-66A - Soviet vintage microphone. Soviet DIN5 replaced to XLR output connectors. Stands included!
It sounds really perfect on snare. It delivers a crisp, fat, punchy sound whilst picking up very little of the bass drum. Also it useful as a supplementary mike for drum kit when something didn't seem to be working - particularly on hi hat, or on higher pitched percussion.
