This Alembic Europa Custom 10-String Bass is owned by Jason Newsted.
This is a one of a kind guitar built in 1992 and was used on the Black album tour.
Serial: 92C7014 USA - Outside of some small surface scuffs here and there this bass is in excellent shape. Super unique sound given the 5 double courses of strings. Very nuanced tone controls allowing for an infinite array of shaping capabilities. This bass has a fairly wide neck but is still remarkably comfortable to play. Comes in a hard case that includes a set of replacement strings as well as a handwritten chart showcasing the string gauges.
A portion of the proceeds from this instrument will benefit the All Within My Hands foundation.
