Inspired by the famous Rat, the Cyborg is a high-gain distortion that encompasses many musical genres. Hand assembled using carbon film resistors, WIMA and Nichicon capacitors and a lo-fi Texas Instruments operational amplifier for gain, this one has the vintage grit you’d expect, and plenty of it. In addition to Volume, Filter and Distortion knobs, the Diodes switch allows you to choose from three distinct voices, opening up many more sonic possibilities and experimental sounds.

A little backstory: Cyborgs are Ukrainian servicemen who participated in defense of Donetsk International Airport during the war in eastern Ukraine (26 May 2014 – 22 January 2015), including protecting the Donetsk International Airport (DIAP) They were all volunteers, they were surrounded, and almost all of them died as heroes. This effects pedal brings that fighting spirit to the forefront, with amp-crushing tones and balls-out distortion throughout.
