Pearl Sensitone 5x14 snare drum owned by John “JR” Robinson
Our users rate Reverb
Steve’s notes: This is a cool drum and it has a cool history. This is a 5x14 Pearl Sensitone snare drum that belonged to John “JR” Robinson. John’s body of work is enormous, and while I don’t have specifics for recordings or other performances with this drum, it is safe to say it has been heard on several recordings. Cool piece, and these drums always sounded great. This drum came in to me on consignment and I verified with JR regarding his prior ownership.
