We tested the devices for powering up and synchronous start-stop-eject. It worked fine, all rewind mechanisms are OK. Units looks good, insides are clean, heads looks clean (pic attached).
However, this lot sold on "as is" terms. We can not assure 100% working condition of each unit and we did not make any service on them. We can do such a thing for additional price, but it would be wiser to ship this unit "as is".
We will do all we can to ensure safe shipping, but we'd rather not do it overseas (due to mere cost). Exact shipping cost calculating on order confirmation step and is subject to change. We included mentioned shipping cost as a prepaid part of final amount.
