Washburn XB400 Bantam 4 String Left Handed Bass Guitar, Teal Blue Transparent, Sleeper!

WASHBURN XB400 BANTAM 4 STRING LEFT HANDED BASS GUITAR, TEAL BLUE TRANSPARENT

What we have here is a true sleeper in the bass world. Washburn was kicking out some affordable but very professional instruments back in the day and this is one of them. We still many a player who kept their XB-400 as a bass they have for a backup or home unit. They still sing the praises of this bass. The XB-400 Bantam is a Korean made instrument, With a 4 string maple neck, a 24 fret rosewood fingerboard, and a four knob, active electronic (vol./bass/treb./blend) tone control. It has the original double Washburn Humbuckers. This bass is very beautiful. It’s a poplar body with a quilted maple veneered top. The finish is a gorgeous transparent teal (not enough green comes through on these pictures). The bridge and the tuners are all standard original pieces

The neck is very slender and it allows one to run the board with ease. This bass is one of the easiest basses to pick up on if you’re a beginner. Very easy to play at full scale.

This Washburn XB400 Bantam 4 String Bass Guitar is a used item in VG+ condition.
