The KLD FX-Loop is an active effect loop designed as upgrade kits for vintage tube guitar amps which have not effect pedal loop. By this kits , Vintage amps can be connect with effect pedal directly. The kits used two LND150 transistors is supplied by the high voltage B+ of amp.
Many vintage amps without effect pedal loop even connected with overdrive, distortion effect pedals, still have good tones which artists like. But if you want to get far greater clarity and full dynamics tones when using time-based effect pedals like modulation, delay and reverb, it is necessary inserted one effects loop into amp.
KLD FX-LOOP can be inserted into all of KLD amp kits such as JCM25, Bassman25 series amp kits. All kinds of effect pedals used by guitarists currently could connect with amps through FX-Loop.
The FX-Loop works with two LND150 in the send and in the return stage. The send and return level can be adjusted to their optimal value with two potentiometers. The Loop works with the present high voltage of the amplifier.It has two inputs for low and high signal levels.
