Oberheim Cyclone OS 1.2 EPROM Firmware Upgrade KIT

• This upgrade version 1.2 is the latest firmware update issued by Oberheim for the Perf/X series Cyclone.
• Included will be 1 new ROM chip, recently manufactured to ensure data integrity well past our natural lifetime.

Keep in mind that the Cyclone itself is not for sale, only the EPROM upgrade chip will be supplied.

No used or refurbished components will be supplied. 

• This upgrade EPROM chip can be used to convert any of the existing Oberheim Perf/X line units; Drummer, Navigator, Strummer and Systemizer to a Cyclone.
• This is all possible as the entire Perf/X line uses the same exact internal mainboard. The only differentiating factor being the OS EPROM chip (in most cases) as well as the top overlay.
• Replacement overlays are easy to reproduce, simply search online for an overlay of your choosing and print it out on your printer. Be sure to ask an adult for help when using a pair of scissors to cut out the printed overlay.
