The Grand Orbiter is an OTA-based, 4-stage phaser with a versatile feature set capable of everything from stationary, resonant tones to slow, mellow sweeps, and fast, swirling textures. It includes a three-way toggle switch for selecting modulation ranges. The primary "Rate" control precisely adjusts the LFO speed within each of these modes, while a flashing red LED serves as a visual indicator—even when the effect is bypassed. The "Depth" control blends the phase-shifted signal with the dry signal, allowing you to dial in the intensity of the effect. The "Sweep" control governs the peak frequency of the phase-shifted signal; turning it fully clockwise results in a sharp, intense sweep, while turning it counter-clockwise yields a darker, more subdued peak. The "Resonance" control offers extensive command over regeneration, adding a more pronounced, resonant character at higher settings. You can also use the Grand Orbiter as a true pitch vibrato by engaging the "Phase/Vibrato" switch; in "Vibrato" mode, the dry signal is removed, and the "Depth" control functions as a volume control. This pedal is 100% analog, features true bypass, and is entirely hand-built in the lakeside city of Akron, Ohio.
