The Townsend Labs Inc. Sphere L22 is a professional dual-capsule modelling microphone that recreates the sound and response of some of the most sought-after microphones in recording history. Simply plug in the Sphere L22 using the included stereo breakout cable into 2 conventional XLR inputs on your audio interface, create a new stereo track in your DAW and load up the Sphere plug-in. From there it's as easy and selecting a mic model, ranging from vintage valve microphones used in hundreds of classic recordings to speciality hybrid microphone designs.
With it's ability to change microphone models and polar patterns without re-recording, the Sphere L22 offers exceptional flexibility for vocals, acoustic instruments, guitar cabinets and a wide range of other sources.
