G&L USA ASAT Classic Thinline Guitar Midnight Blue Metallic

The ASAT Classic Thinline delivers the articulate, bell-like clarity that defines G&L's single-coil platform, housed in a lightweight Alder body that balances projection with comfort. This USA-made instrument bridges vintage aesthetic and modern playability, making it equally at home in studio sessions or live performance. The unplayed condition ensures you're acquiring a factory-fresh tool ready for immediate work.

Tone & Electronics

Twin G&L ASAT Classic Single-coil Alnico pickups provide the transparent, articulate response the platform is built around, with a 3-position pickup selector and dedicated volume and tone controls for real-time voice shaping. The traditional boxed steel bridge with individual brass saddles locks in rock-solid intonation and sustain across the full frequency range, while the Midnight Blue Metallic finish on the lightweight Alder body contributes natural resonance without excess weight.

Playability & Neck Profile

The Modern Classic neck profile measures 0.820" at the first fret and 0.870" at the 12th fret, delivering a gradual transition that accommodates both fingerstyle and pick work with equal facility. The satin-finished Hard Rock Maple neck paired with a Maple fingerboard ensures durability and the bright harmonic clarity G&L instruments are known for, while 1 11/16" nut width with 9.5" radius and 1 5/8" string spacing provide precise fretting-hand positioning.
