Roland SH-101 – Blue – Original Modulation Grip / Keytar AttachmentSelling my blue Roland SH-101. It’s a really cool vintage synth and includes the original matching Roland modulation grip/keytar attachment, which is getting pretty hard to find on its own.Overall it’s in decent shape considering its age and is working, but I want to be upfront about a few things. Some of the sliders are a little scratchy. I’ve cleaned them with contact cleaner and they improved, but there is still some audible scratchiness when moving a few of them. It’s not terrible, but it is there.A few of the sliders are also slightly bent, so they don’t all move perfectly smoothly. It is missing one slider cap, as pictured, and the battery compartment cover is also missing.Cosmetically it has the normal scratches, scuffs, and wear you’d expect from a 40+ year-old instrument, but overall I think it presents pretty well. Please look through the photos closely for the exact condition.The synth powers up and plays, and the oscillator, filter, envelope, modulation, sequencer, etc. are all functioning. The original modulation grip is included and attaches properly.Definitely not a collector-grade SH-101, but it’s a genuine vintage unit, sounds great, and the blue color with the matching grip makes it a pretty uncommon package.Happy to answer any questions or send additional photos/video of it working.
