The Roland FA-08 is an 88-key music workstation built around five sound engines derived from Roland's flagship INTEGRA-7 module — covering SuperNATURAL Acoustic, SuperNATURAL Synth, SuperNATURAL Drum Kit, PCM Synth, and PCM Drum Kit — delivering over 2,000 sounds with 128-voice polyphony. The full-length keyboard uses Roland's Ivory Feel-G weighted action with simulated wood texture and escapement, giving it a genuinely piano-like feel rather than a standard synth touch. Beyond playability, the FA-08 functions as a complete production platform: a 16-track sequencer with non-stop loop recording, an onboard sampler based on the SP-404SX, 16 assignable pads, and a D-Beam controller are all built in. Connectivity spans MIDI In/Out, USB MIDI, Line Out, Guitar/Mic and Line inputs, and an SDHC card slot for audio and MIDI export, making it equally at home on stage or in the studio.
