Purchased with a belly up.. action was extremely high.. removed the bridge, took off 3/16 of an inch in it's heightadded trapeze to relieve the tension on the bridge & avoid another belly up..it's pretty clean but does have an indent (a ripple) between the sound hole & bridgefrets cleaned & polished, fret board conditioned, and body polishedcomes w/ the original near perfect Ovation HSC w/ keys & Allen wrench i don't think you could find a better playing 12 string anywhere.. i put Daddario .09 Gage on this... it plays fantastic and is super easy to play up to the 15th fret..! Action is pretty much the same fr 1st to 12th fret Great guitar for the older tired hand as this Guitar pretty much plays itself..!was a fun project and came out better than expected..!Fitted Ovation HSC 150$ value alone!
