This is the Byzance version of an ISTANBUL TURK Crash or Jazz Ride - but more colorful with a factory pre - aged finish.
Unlathed, raw and heavily Hand Hammered with a factory corroded finish that’s gorgeous.
And incredibly Dry Semi-Complex Organic 18” Crash that doubles as a very Light Dry Ride.
The weight is 1374 grams and it plays like a Thin to Medium Thin. It sounds very old-world, dry Istanbul K ish. That’s the vibe - organic with a hint of nasty, pre-aged mojo.
Dry. Very Dark. Medium Complex wash that decays quickly. Medium to medium-low in pitch which highs present. Very organic tone.
Supreme stick articulation when you ride upon it.
