The 7-string guitar’s high level of ergonomics is enhanced by a flat body design and an extremely manoeuvrable neck featuring innovative slanted frets, whilst Q58-7 humbuckers with dyna-MIX10 circuitry deliver a rich variety of tones for avant-garde rock, metal and fusion. Innovative Mono-Tune bridges and an Ibanez Custom String Lock complete the standard QX527PB from Ibanez’s Quest series.Agile DesignThanks to its flat shaping with generous contours, the lightweight Nyatoh body of the Ibanez QX527PB fits the player perfectly and maintains a balanced position even when worn on a strap. The comfortably shaped Parallel Wizard-7 profile of the five-piece neck, crafted from roasted maple and bubinga, promises extremely agile playability, allowing even the most complex runs and chord voicings to be executed with ease on the 24-fret roasted birdseye maple fingerboard. The frets, set at an 8° angle, also offer players who prefer to hold their guitar high a high level of comfort when fretting all the strings. With perfect balance across all frequency ranges and a well-defined tonal character, the pickups reproduce every note played, ensuring that even complex chords are rendered with perfect string separation.
