Gibson Custom Art Historic 1957 Les Paul Standard Reissue in Goldtop finish made in 2001 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid bound mahogany body with a bound maple top, mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a Gibson '57 Classic in the neck position and a Gibson '57 Classic in the bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 2 tone pots and a 3-Way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid trapezoid inlays and tortoise side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a Gibson '57 profile. The hardware is comprised of aged nickel Gibson Vintage Deluxe tuning machines with keystone heads, a nylon nut, a Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic Bridge, and amber top hat knobs with a single ply cream pickguard.
This guitar is in overall very good condition. There are light surface marks throughout. The back of the neck has small patches of textured finish. There is some belt rash on the back of the body and a patch of finish wear near the toggle switch cavity. The knobs have small splits in them. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case and Original Case Candy.
