It is in very beautiful condition with no signs of heavy use, so we would normally rate it as Grade A; however, there is some damage to the finish. One of these is a dent (length: approx. 7 mm, width: approx. 5 mm) accompanied by finish damage at the tip of the neck pocket on the 1st string side of the body top. However, there doesnft appear to be significant damage to the wood itself; it seems the dent is primarily affecting the finish. Also, if you look closely, you can observe the layers from the surface down: the topcoat, wood filler and intermediate coat, and the primer layer with rosin-blocking treatment. However, since itfs a natural finish, it may be difficult to notice depending on the viewing angle. The second issue is a dent accompanied by paint peeling on the side of the headstock tip; however, when viewed from the front, few users are likely to notice it.Although this instrument is entering its 12th year, it features a 1950s-spec pickguard (Bakelite single-piece material with a clear lacquer finish) with very few pick scratches, and shows no signs of heavy use?making it a rare find in such excellent overall condition. * As this is a used item, there may be scratches, dents, or other imperfections that are difficult to capture in photos or not listed here. Please be aware of this in advance. * Any measurements listed for the truss rod, remaining fret life, or string height were taken by our staff during setup.
