Vintage 1940's tuners used by Kay - Harmony and possibly other guitar makers from the period. These still work great but the buttons are starting to split. New heat press on buttons are available from StewMac and ebay.
The distance between top and bottom shafts (center to center) is 2 3/4" - standard USA 3x3 spacing.
