All Solid Top Model From Yamaki

Extremely rare, all singing and dancing masterpiece from Yamaki Japan

This hier tier model is very seldom seen.

The higher rangers of this series are ridiculousy hard to find, and ridiculously goooood!

All solid plate.

Sounds phenomenal!

There is something about the tone with a well seasoned Yamaki guitar that is generally superior to anything else in the same sphere and that includes USA guitars many times this value,

We have adjusted the guitar to the optium, its no problem on such a fine piece.

Setup is nice, perfect for bold flatpicking styles although genuinely, I prove by playing this guitar that the response of the guitar makes almost any type of playing style sound much better than it actually is, the guitar really is that good!

So, back to reality with a thud....... this stager just clocked half a century, so we must consider the condition, as also described in the photo's provided.

Cosmetics - overall excellent with occasional and not-too-noticeable tiny dings and marks on the soundboard. This does not really look at all like a 50 year old piece, more like ten year in fairness. Observed some lacquer checking around fretboard binding and suchlike as seen on most vintage, nothing off-putting.

Yamaki guitars from this era most often feature some level of clouding within the lacquer, this is often present on the headstock, back and sides as shown in the photo's provided, the photo's contrast has been adjusted to show the cloudiness in a realistic way and fair way, although of course a player is not concerned.

Structurally - no repairs no issues

Frets in good shape with no issues.

Hardware - tuners are USA Grover upgrades, otherwise original

Case - original deluxe Japanese case.

Setup - supplied with full valet and setup made to any requirements (worth £200)

This is like the long awaited summer breeze, how long could you wait to even see another?
