Up for sale is a vintage AKG BX2 spring reverb unit, made in Austria in the 1970s. This is a passive studio reverb tank module, part of AKG’s legendary BX-series reverbs.
The BX-series (BX10 / BX20 / BX25) are known for their lush, musical spring reverb, widely used in professional studios. The BX2 is a more compact modular version, designed for integration into studio systems.
This unit is original and unmodified, with the classic blue cylindrical housing and original connector.
