A rare chance to grab an amazing looking vintage 1980’s Standard. It is a classically built vintage 1980’s Gibson Les Paul Standard. This guitar is free of any repairs, cracks, breaks, structural issues of any kind. Genuine 1980s traditionally built non-chambered Standard with a 2-piece top! It is complete with its factory installed Bill Lawrence humbuckers & Gibson Deluxe tuners and is 100% original. It has a comfortable ’59 profile neck. The frets are original and excellent .
It has HCSB stamped under the neck pick up cavity for its color Heritage Cherry Sunburst and the finish has aged to a really beautiful patina as it has been in its case for 20 odd years until being played recently. It has some very small marks on the body and on the head stock and comes with the original 1989 case with the thicker pink shroud that was unique to that year also in excellent condition.
