Condition Description: F - Rim is in fair condition, with mostly shiny Chrome plating showing some pitting, wear, and signs of use. Fully functional with no structural damages. When one edge is pressed flat on a glass plate the other side has about 3/16" of lift as pictured. Does not sit perfectly flat but still 100% usable. Also has 2 holes and a rub spot in the metal, possibly from a marching harness attachment
