Fender Jazz Bass painted in green paisley straight from our custom shop.
This time the graphics are made in the same technology as Fender photo-flame - thin graphics on the foil painted with hard polyester lacquer. Also - matching headstock painting and beautiful green/silve/black burst on the back.
The body is also very gently "sprinkled" with silver brocade visible only under a strong light.
We also gave it green knobs and green "frame" around the pickguard.
This bass is quite heavy and has a very deep sound nice mid-tones and "heavy" higher tones.
Hardware - pickups, tuners, bridge made by Japanese company Gotoh.
Live guitar presents 10x better than on the pictures and has this nice mega-depth.
There is unfortunately a small crack (made by the screw) near the bridge, but it's a small detail and a big lesson for me.
Lacquer is mega-hard and it will rather crack than dent. Not like those new Fenders painted with soft lacquers.
