Rare Parkwood LE061 Australian Blackwood Acoustic. One of only 150 made. Video is of the LE081 which was a limited cutaway version of the guitar for sound purposes. Guitar has one small surface crack on the top that does not go through the wood. Basically cosmetic but hard to see.  Also the previous owner installed some type of undersaddle pickup.  Plugged in sounds really good but no controls and not sure what type of pickup it is.  These were around $1500 and limited to one per Guitar Center only.
Comes with Parkwood case which was a $100 upgrade and I am also including a lutehole sound cover that fits the guitar. This eliminates feedback when playing plugged in. Soundhole is different size than normal acoustics as this one was custom made for the guitar.  $75 upgrade for the lutehole.

Australian Blackwood is a rare and very hard to source wood. Similar in look to Koa, Australian Blackwood is richer and warmer. The tonality is like a cross between rosewood and mahogany on steroids. You get more low end, less top end and a more pronounced woody mid range. If you love warm sounding guitars, you will love this wood. The Australian Blackwood used by Parkwood is hand selected for tone and intense figuring. Highly figured pieces are used for Limited Edition runs for its exceptional beauty and tone.

Grand Auditorium Body Style
Also known as OM (Orchestra) with its slimmer waist and smaller overall body shape. This style has a clear and flexible tone. The smaller guitar body is reminiscent of guitars used by many of the classic blues players.

The Limited Series uses a thinly applied high gloss finish to bring out the true beauty of the wood while being thin enough not to interfere with the natural vibrations and tone of the woods.
