Greco's late 80s-early 90s attempt at Les Paul models with interchangeable neck. It's a classic neck joint this time, but with 1 bolt. The connection is very stable and durable, and I'd say it does not feel, or play any different from regular set-necks. For the record, I could not remove the neck, so there's a chance that the previous owner has glued it in.
