LOOM is a self-contained drone voice for your Eurorack system, built around three digital oscillators — Drone, Layer and Mod — feeding a pair of parallel resonant filters. Drone and Layer form the audible core of the sound, while Mod is a dedicated FM operator that continuously folds into the Drone pitch, giving LOOM its signature shifting, metallic drone texture. The Layer oscillator adds its own evolving melodic movement on top, so the voice never sits still.

All three oscillator pitches can be modulated automatically by an internal LFO (four waveshapes: sine, triangle, sample & hold, square) or by a semi-random Chaos generator that jumps and glides between target frequencies on its own — giving the drone a restless, never-quite-repeating character. An external CV input can also take over modulation completely, patched straight from another sequencer, envelope or LFO elsewhere in your rack.

A bright 128×64 OLED display gives real-time visual feedback of both oscillator frequencies and modulation status, navigated with a simple three-button menu. All settings are stored in non-volatile memory, so your configuration survives power cycling.
