1960s Ludwig LM400 Supraphonic 5x14 Snare Drum Chrome

For your prime viewing pleasure is this 1967 Ludwig LM400 Supraphonic snare drum, one of the most iconic and widely recorded snare drums in popular music. With its seamless aluminum shell, the Supraphonic became a workhorse standard for countless professional drummers thanks to its bright, cutting tone and remarkable versatility across genres. There's a small cosmetic bump in the top hoop that's visible in pic just to the left of the top of the throw-off, and the shell itself displays beautifully with only very light signs of age. There are no extra holes or modifications of any kind. Most importantly, it tunes up like a champ and sounds absolutely fantastic. Enjoy!
