Now available on consignment, a 1987 Marshall JCM 25/50 2558 “Silver Jubilee”.

This amp was created to commemorate 25 years of Marshall amps, and is a very versatile twin-twelve combo, providing a classic Marshall tone. The 25/50 model is so called thanks to its 25 to 50 watt power switch, allowing for slightly more bedroom/studio-friendly volumes. The amp is finished in a very eye catching silver Tolex, with silver piping around the grille cloth, and Jim Marshall’s signature on the control panel.

Featuring a standard internal Marshall layout of 3 12AX7’s and 2 EL34’s driving two Celestion G12’s, the control panel features two push pull knobs on the input gain and output master controls. Otherwise the layout is simple, treble, middle, bass, and presence, and a lead master volume, for the footswitchable lead channel.

The condition of this amp is excellent, appearing to have done little to no work, and aside from a little light tearing of the Tolex at the bottom rear of the cab, there is no noticeable damage at all.

Comes with original footswitch and power cable.
