Eastman E1P Classic

The parlor guitar has seen a huge resurgence in recent years, with players rediscovering the unique tonal characteristics and compact playability of these smaller instruments. The Eastman E1P embodies everything that makes parlor guitars special, while showcasing the craftsmanship that Eastman is known for.

With its stunning Classic Truetone satin sunburst finish, this parlor guitar immediately draws attention. The combination of a solid Sitka spruce top with solid sapele back and sides creates a rich, warm soundscape with excellent projection that you wouldn’t expect from its compact size. Scalloped X-bracing allows the top to vibrate more freely, enhancing the guitar’s natural resonance and dynamic range while maintaining structural integrity.

The traditional even C-profile mahogany neck provides a comfortable playing experience, perfectly complemented by the smooth ebony fingerboard with classic pearloid dot inlays. The shorter 24.9" scale length makes playing effortless, with reduced string tension that invites expressive fingerstyle playing. From delicate fingering to rhythmic chording, this guitar responds with remarkable clarity and articulation.

Visually, the E1P features tasteful details like tortoiseshell binding, black and white purfling, and a multi-line rosette that enhance its vintage appeal without being too flashy. Every detail has been carefully considered to create an instrument that pays homage to the rich heritage of the parlor guitar while meeting the expectations of today's most demanding players.

The Eastman E1P Classic comes with a protective Eastman gig bag, certificate of authenticity, polishing cloth, and TFOA passport.
