Yamaha FG-Junior JR2S

YAMAHA FG-Junior JR2S

The JR2S is a compact 3/4-size mini acoustic that brings the classic Yamaha FG design into a more portable format. It features a solid spruce top, with sides and back finished in a mahogany-look UTF (Ultra Thin Film) finish.

Despite its compact size, the solid top gives it a rich, resonant sound, balanced with the character Yamaha is known for. Lightweight and easy to handle, it’s a convenient choice for home practice, a living-room guitar, or taking along on trips and outdoor outings.

The smaller body is comfortable for children and smaller players, while remaining enjoyable for adults.
