Suhr builds guitars that make an immediate impression, and this Modern Custom is a perfect example. Featuring a flamed maple top on a basswood body, a roasted maple neck, and Suhr's own pickups, this guitar delivers everything a demanding guitarist needs, all wrapped in a stunning Trans Purple Burst finish with a black body.

Suhr is renowned for exceptional, consistent quality and attention to detail, with every instrument receiving a professional setup before leaving the workshop. The Modern Custom is one of the most popular models in their lineup, combining a classic-inspired design with modern playability.

Suhr's proprietary SSV, V60LP, and SSH Plus pickups provide a versatile tonal palette; the 5-way switch allows you to effortlessly toggle between the warmth of a humbucker, the transparent character of a single-coil, or combinations of both.

Designed with performance in mind, it features a modern elliptical neck profile, an asymmetrical body for optimal balance, and an innovative neck joint that offers effortless access to the upper frets. Suhr’s patented locking tuners ensure excellent tuning stability, no matter how expressive your playing style. To top off this Superstrat, Suhr has equipped it with a Floyd Rose tremolo!

This instrument has been carefully inspected for condition and playability, then set up to our Gold Standard by a luthier. We make sure it arrives in your hands exactly as it should: sounding its best, playing effortlessly and ready to be enjoyed from the very first note.
